U.S. Legal Services is a great source of clients through it's attorney network.  Pick and choose the cases you want while gaining additional referrals from your new clients' friends and family. 

U.S. Legal contracts with attorneys that meet the following criteria: must have at least 5 years experience, maintain a fully staffed office, must be licensed with the State Bar, be free of any complaints and disciplinary history and carry a current malpractice policy.

If you wish to become a U.S. Legal Participating Network Attorney, please complete the application below and fax it to U.S. Legal Services.

The following file is an application to become a network attorney. This service is limited to areas of availability but we can add you to our database and refer clients to you if areas of coverage do no match up.   • The following file is an Participation Form to become a network attorney for our Senior Protector. The Senior Protector provides for legal advice and consultations for a wide variety of legal issues of concern to seniors and those who love and care for them.

  • The following file is an agreement to become a Commercial Drivers License Network Attorney. This type of service is geared toward attorneys who handle citations for CDL drivers. We accept CDL Agreement Forms from attorneys based in the continental United States and Canada. Please fax this Agreement Form to (904) 861-1001.
